Where to sell my app templates business operations ?

I am looking to sell off my portfolio of app templates that I sell on code canyon.net but don't know where to sell it. I contacted the guys over at flippa but they can only sell live websites or apps and what I'm looking to sell is my portfolio. The portfolio has made over 30k in about 3 years and is completely passive at this point. I have even recently updated the better selling templates and am going to upload the changes so that should get even more sales coming in. But I would rather sell the portfolio and put the money towards a new saas I am working on. Any clue where I would sell my business ? I can also pm anyone the link to the portfolio and sales if they want to see it. I just don't want to break any of the sub rules by posting it. https://templateshunter.com/business-operations.html
